When you contact us about a potential project, we will be happy to review and discuss options and costs that work for you and your budget.  There is no change for this service.

Sometimes a flat project fee is best.  Sometimes an hourly rate is best.  We will work with you on determining the approach that meets your needs in the most cost effective way.

Once a realistic budget is created, we will consult with you throughout the project to insure that we are on budget and on time.  If you decide to add budget items, you will know in advance what they will cost and how this will impact the overall budget, as well as the completion date.  Bottom line:  we work very hard to insure that there will be no surprises.

When a project budget is accepted, we will require the following:

Media Training and/or Presentation Coaching:
50% Deposit
50% upon Completion

Video Production:
50% Deposit
40% Prior to Edit
10% Upon Completion
